1. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unused condition with packaging and tags.

  2. Our support team will send return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Include the return form and any photos of defects, if applicable.
    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Customer: For returns due to change of mind.
  • Prefashion.uk: For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

6. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

  • Check with your bank/payment provider.

    In rare cases, we’ll investigate and issue a replacement refund if needed.

7. Can I cancel my order?

We’ll arrange a free return and send the correct product at no cost.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
Instead:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.
